We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If your item is defective we do not replace, you can re-purchase your item at a discounted rate which is case by case.
HOWEVER, if you receive a defective item, please contact us at NICHESIX@GMAIL.COM with details of the product and the defect. Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price with store credit.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Return by Mail
Please send it back to our office location within 14 days of the delivery date with a return receipt. The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
